The Images on this site can be available in print or as an electronic stock file. Print sizes are available for most pictures as 5x7, 8x10, 11x14 and 16x20.

Order Form Explanation

Natural Vision Photography's Order Form is to ensure the proper product and shipping information is correct the first time. I will briefly explain how to place an order and how to correctly enter each field on the Order Form.

When you find an image that you like click it to enlarge it, once you've done that you can scroll down to the bottom of the screen where you will see the "Order Form". This Order Form lets us specify each order to your exact needs. Once you've filled out the form, this will allow us to send you an invoice with payment information. We accept all major credit cards and paypal accounts.

The Order Form:

Image ID#: You will need to enter the Image ID# for each photo that you want. If you don't enter this number, we won't be able to determine which photo you wanted. The Image ID# is located at the top of the screen once you've selected a photo. It is also in RED just above the Order Form. If you would like multiple images, you may add multiple Image ID#'s.

Full Name: Enter your full name as it will be labeled on the package.

Phone Number: This is an optional box, but we recommend it in case your email address is not available.

Address: Enter the address you want the product shipped to.

Email: You must enter a valid email address. We will send you an invoice for payment information to this email address.

Select Print Size: If you intend to order a print, you must use this area to select what size of print you want. Print sizes vary in price. You may select a print size and an electronic file size if you want both.

Print Quantity: Select the number prints you would like. Unfortunately at this time we can't select multiple images with different quantities. If you would like multiple images just add additional Image ID #'s. If you had selected several Image ID#'s but would like different quantities of each, please add that to the special instructions.

Select Electronic File Size: If you intend to order an electronic file, you must use this area to select what size you want. Small size = 1024 pixels on the long side and 768 pixels on the short size. The Medium size = 2048x1536 and Large would be the largest available size for that file. All sizes are approximate and will depend on the actual crop of the image. All crops you see on the website are approximate and will depend on the size of the print. Electronic files can be used for any purpose for a period of one year. See copyright information for more details.

Special Instructions: If you have any information, notes or special instructions that you need included with your order please use this area. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. If you would like multiple sizes or multiple quantities of images, please add that here.

If you are unable to add everything you need to these fields, send an email to Sales@NaturalVision-Photo.com and we can process the order that way.

Again, once you have filled out all the information in the Order Form, please allow us time to process your order and we will send you an invoice with payment information.
